Today is National Boss’s Day—an entire day dedicated to recognizing the pioneers and leaders of our workplaces. Here at LCS, we’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings as a small, family company to a powerhouse of an organization. Our full suite of executives and directors provide us with invaluable guidance and expertise, and we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to the leaders of LCS and recognize them for all their hard work.
So, in honor of National Boss’s Day, here’s a quick look at all the wonderful people who make up our LCS leadership team.
Our founder, President, and CEO, Dave, has seen and done it all. From Rent Manager’s humble beginnings as a software specifically developed for Dave’s family’s property management business to the sprawling 500-plus-employee company it is today, LCS would not have come as far without Dave’s ingenuity, creativity, and dedication. His hard work has paid off, as well, with numerous award designations, including multiple wins for the American Business Awards® Stevie Awards in the best Entrepreneur category.
As the fearless leader of several departments that make up the operations wing of the company, Brittany oversees many critical projects that directly contribute to the success of LCS, including the annual Rent Manager User Conference.
As the Chief Customer Experience Officer, Chris oversees improving and cultivating the customer experience. As an accomplished public speaker, he is also responsible for internal and external training efforts to ensure that every employee is providing quality interactions with our customers.
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Rachel manages all things recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, professional development, and so much more.
Tony is our resident technology guru and leader of the Software Development and Systems Administration departments. He plays an integral role in making sure LCS stays at the forefront of technological innovation.
Leading the Accounting department with his impressive experience, Chuck is a vital part of LCS’ daily financial operations. A 2023 finalist for the C-Suite Awards presented by the Cincinnati Business Courier, Chuck’s accomplishments are plentiful.
The Senior Director of Professional Services & Business Intelligence, Julie oversees the teams dedicated to onboarding users to the software, building custom applications and websites, and helping our customers and employees make smart business decisions informed by crucial data.
Lori’s focus is on improving the Rent Manager user experience across our entire suite of products, as well as managing the non-technical aspects of product release rollouts. With her hands in many of our crucial development efforts, Lori is always in-the-know when it comes to Rent Manager.
As the Director of Partnerships & Industry Relations, Joe provides direction, oversight, and strategy regarding how we partner with other companies to improve our overall software offerings. In addition, Joe is the voice and mastermind behind Beyond Rent, a bi-weekly podcast dedicated to all things property management.
Ali is responsible for the teams tasked with product updates, new software features, and UI/UX design and functionality requirements. It’s her expertise and oversight that ensures our products provide a seamless user experience.
As the head of the LCS Marketing team, Erin directs the marketing efforts for all LCS products, including Rent Manager, qManage, and LCS IT Services. Her team is also responsible for the promotion and execution of the Rent Manager User Conference, awards applications, and company culture events.
As one of our Software Development directors, Saritha oversees the teams focused on Rent Manager Express, the browser-based version of our property management software. With a wealth of knowledge, she provides training, mentorship, and technical architectural expertise to the developers on her team.
Jeremy’s role as the Director of Sales encompasses providing guidance and oversight to LCS’ inside and outside sales teams, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed.
Brian’s employees are responsible for the development of our mobile offerings, NDT VoIP Phone Systems, qManage, and other internal development projects.
Patrick is a driving force behind the award-winning LCS Customer Support department, as well as the leader of all things IT Services. Under Patrick’s capable leadership, our customers always know that they’ll receive an excellent experience whenever they need support or technology solutions.
As another critical leader in the Software Development department, Craig and his team are dedicated to working on APIs, automation, web portals, and the standalone version of Rent Manager.
